Notice of registration according to Section 9 of the Packaging Actz
From January 1, 2019, Bongartz GmbH will be a manufacturer of packaging subject to system participation with the registration data listed in the appendix under the Registration number DE5696621302541 registered.
Bongartz GmbH, as a manufacturer of packaging subject to system participation, submitted an application for registration to the Central Office Packaging Register Foundation (Central Office) on January 1, 2019 with the information listed in the appendix.
In his application, the manufacturer declared that he fulfilled his take-back obligations by participating in one or more systems or through one or more industry solutions, 9 paragraph 2 number 5 of the Act on the placing on the market, taking back and high-quality recycling of packaging (Packaging Act - PackagingG)..
The Central Office registers Bongartz GmbH as a manufacturer of packaging subject to system participation in accordance with the application, 9 Paragraph 1 Sentence 1, Paragraph 2, Paragraph 3 Sentence 1 and 2 VerpackG..
The Packaging Act aims to minimize the impact of packaging waste on the environment.
The law is intended to regulate the behavior of those obliged to do so in such a way that packaging waste is primarily avoided and prepared for reuse or recycling.
The law obliges manufacturers and distributors of packaging to join forces in the Central Packaging Register Office, which is responsible for organizing, implementing and monitoring the requirements of the law.
