Right of withdrawal for consumers 
(A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither attributable to their commercial nor their self-employed professional activity.)

Instructions on withdrawal

Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day,

- on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods, provided that you ordered one or more goods as part of a single order and they are delivered uniformly;

- on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods, provided that you ordered several goods as part of a single order and they are delivered separately;

- on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last partial consignment or the last item, provided that you ordered goods that are delivered in several partial consignments or pieces;

- on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the first goods, provided that goods are delivered regularly over a fixed period as part of an order.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (BONGARTZ GmbH, Am Königshof 63a, 27478 Cuxhaven, Tel. no.: +49 (0)4721 663050, E-mail address: widerruf@purway.de) by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but it is not mandatory.

You may also exercise your right of withdrawal online via a corresponding button ("withdraw contract" or similar designation) on our website (shop.purway.de). If you use this online function, we will promptly send you an acknowledgement of receipt on a durable medium (e.g. by email) with information on the content of the withdrawal declaration as well as the date and time of its receipt.

You may also electronically complete and submit the model withdrawal form or any other clear declaration on our website (shop.purway.de). If you make use of this option, we will promptly send you confirmation of receipt of such withdrawal (e.g. by email).

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal from this contract, to

return or hand them over. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You only have to bear any loss in value of the goods if that loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for checking their condition, properties, and functioning.

Exclusion or expiry grounds

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts

- for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer;
- for the supply of goods that may deteriorate quickly or whose expiration date would quickly be exceeded;
- for the supply of alcoholic beverages, the price of which was agreed upon at the time of conclusion of the contract, but which can only be delivered at the earliest 30 days after conclusion of the contract and whose current value depends on fluctuations in the market over which the trader has no control;
- for the supply of newspapers, periodicals or magazines, except for subscription contracts.

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely in contracts

- for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal was removed after delivery;
- for the supply of goods if, after delivery, they have been inseparably mixed with other goods due to their nature;
- for the supply of audio or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package if the seal was removed after delivery.
