Right of withdrawal for consumers 
(A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that can predominantly neither be attributed to their commercial nor their self-employed professional activity.)

Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day

- on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods, provided that you ordered one or more goods as part of a single order and these are delivered together;

- on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods, provided that you ordered several goods as part of a single order and these are delivered separately;

- on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last partial shipment or the last item, provided that you ordered goods that are delivered in several partial shipments or items;

- on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the first goods, provided that goods are delivered regularly over a fixed period of time as part of an order.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (BONGARTZ GmbH, Am Königshof 63a, 27478 Cuxhaven, Telephone no.: +49 (0)4721 663050, Email address: widerruf@purway.de) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but this is not mandatory.

You can also exercise your right of withdrawal online via a correspondingly labeled button ("Withdraw from contract" or similar wording) on our website (shop.purway.de). If you use this online function, we will immediately send you a confirmation of receipt on a durable medium (e.g. by email) with information on the content of the withdrawal declaration as well as the date and time of its receipt.

You can also complete and submit the model withdrawal form or another clear declaration electronically on our website (shop.purway.de). If you make use of this option, we will immediately send you a confirmation of receipt of such a withdrawal (e.g. by email).

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from your choosing a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than within 14 days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal from this contract  or to BONGARTZ GMBH, Von-Thünen-Str. 18, 28307 Bremen, GERMANY The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You only have to pay for any diminished value of the goods if this diminished value is due to handling that was not necessary to check the condition, properties, and functioning of the goods.

Grounds for exclusion or expiry

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts

- for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for whose manufacture an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive, or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer;
- for the delivery of goods that can spoil quickly or whose expiration date would quickly be exceeded;
- for the delivery of alcoholic beverages whose price was agreed upon at the time the contract was concluded, but which can be delivered no earlier than 30 days after conclusion of the contract and whose current value depends on fluctuations in the market over which the trader has no control;
- for the delivery of newspapers, magazines, or illustrated periodicals, with the exception of subscription contracts.

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely in the case of contracts

- for the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery;
- for the delivery of goods if, after delivery, they have been inseparably mixed with other goods due to their nature;
- for the delivery of sound or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package if the seal has been removed after delivery.
