STEP 1 - REGISTER AND RECEIVE A FORWARD2ME ADDRESS IN GERMANY
Follow the simple steps to register with forward2me and receive your personal GERMAN forwarding address. After you have created your account, you will receive your new address.
STEP 2 - ORDER YOUR GOODS
Visit purway shop.purway.de and order your goods using your forward2me-GERMAN address as the delivery address. DONE!
STEP 3 - forward2me RECEIVES YOUR PACKAGE
After receiving your package, forward2me will check the contents if necessary to ensure that it can be safely and legally delivered to your shipping address. Please note that it is your responsibility to only have items delivered that can be legally and safely imported into your country of residence. forward2me will then send you an email to inform you of the arrival of the package.
STEP 4 - forward2me SHIPS YOUR PACKAGE
You can log in to your forward2me-account, select your preferred shipping provider, and pay for the shipping. Payment can be made by credit card, PayPal, or bank transfer.
STEP 5 - YOUR PACKAGE IS DELIVERED TO YOU
Depending on the chosen shipping provider, you can expect delivery of your package within 1 to 4 business days from the date of dispatch from our depot. This may vary depending on local customs processes, which are beyond our control. Depending on the destination country, customs duties may apply, which you are responsible for paying. You must acknowledge receipt of your goods upon delivery.
FURTHER INFORMATION:
If you select a different delivery country, the shipping costs will be adjusted accordingly during the order process and may differ from the stated shipping costs.

up to 20kg only 6.90 € and from 21kg only 9.90 €

The shipping cost calculation is based either on the total weight of the
ordered items or on the number of items that we can ship together in one
shipping unit.
The total shipping costs for your desired order are always displayed in the shopping cart display at the top left of our website.
Delivery times:
Unless otherwise specified in the respective offer, delivery
of goods within Germany takes place within 2 - 4 days, for
international deliveries within 5 - 7 days after conclusion of the contract (in the case of
agreed advance payment, after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the
goods in one combined shipment, unless we have made different agreements
with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time you have ordered.
