How do you receive the warranty?
You do not need to do anything else. If you have purchased a purway filter system or empty housing, the extended 10-year warranty applies automatically if all of the conditions listed below are met.
Keep your invoice and contact our service team in the event of a defect. We will then help you quickly and replace the housing free of charge.
Which items are covered by the extended warranty?
All filter housings of a complete filter system or empty housings with "Made in Italy" printed on the filter head are covered by the warranty.
What conditions apply?
- Applies to all housings in the DP, Hydra, 3P, 2P, K, "Made in Italy" series that were purchased from 01/01/2024 onwards.
- For complete systems, only the housings themselves are covered by the warranty.
- Regular filter changes were carried out with purway branded filters (recommended every 6 months).
- Seals were replaced as needed (recommended every 12 months).
- The housings were used under the specified technical conditions.
- Any issues or defects were reported to us in good time.
- All conditions should be traceable with invoices or purchase history.
