Sedimentation is one of the most widespread and well-known problems in water, which is why many products have been developed over time to efficiently address this issue.

One solution for removing sediments from water is the bag filter: it retains a large amount of sediment inside, allowing the water to flow back into the system free of particles of various sizes.

The bag filter acts as a barrier against sand, mud, dirt, and rust, ensuring an efficient and protected system. Hero prevents deposits of various sizes from accumulating in the system, so household pipes do not clog and the lifespan of devices connected to the system is extended.

The main feature of Hero is its ability to store a large amount of sediment, which reduces the need to change filter bags and decreases the resulting waste, saving time and money.

The Hero filter bag is available in various filtration grades and can be used with DP Big Mono housings thanks to the appropriate adapter kit. The filter fineness of 50 microns removes deposits of different sizes – mud, clay, silt, and others. They are made of polypropylene fabric and have a maximum operating temperature of 45°C (113°F) and a minimum operating temperature of 4°C (39.2°F).
