Sedimentation is one of the most widespread and best-known problems in water, which is why many products have been developed over time to solve this problem efficiently.

One solution for removing sediment from water is the bag filter: it retains a large amount of sediment inside, allowing the water to flow back into the system free of particles of different sizes.

The bag filter provides a barrier against sand, sludge, dirt, and rust and guarantees an efficient, protected system. Hero prevents deposits of different sizes from accumulating in the system, so household pipes do not clog and the service life of devices connected to the system is extended.

Hero's main feature is its ability to hold a large amount of sediment, reducing the need to replace filter bags and cutting down on waste, saving time and money.

The Hero filter bag is available with different filtration ratings and can be used with DP Big Mono housings thanks to the appropriate adapter kit. The filtration rating is 50 microns to remove deposits of different sizes - sludge, clay, silt, and more. They are made of polypropylene fabric and have a maximum operating temperature of 45° (113°F) and a minimum operating temperature of 4°C (39.2°F).

Installing a bag filter like Hero ensures a clean and easy-to-manage system, and using the MyAtlas App, which lets you receive notifications about product maintenance, makes it even easier.
