P 10 ScaleArmor - Anti-Limescale Filter

The P 10 ScaleArmor™ water filter cartridge used in ScaleArmor™ POP systems prevents limescale buildup and thus protects pipes and surfaces. Limescale-free water leads to cleaner surfaces, more efficient and longer-lasting household appliances, and lower energy consumption.

The unique material in ScaleArmor™ POP cartridges and systems improves the quality of drinking water: it inhibits the growth of calcium and magnesium carbonate crystals, which are responsible for limescale buildup, and prevents them from clumping together without removing calcium and magnesium from the water. Water hardness remains unchanged, but limescale and its effects are eliminated.

How ScaleArmor™ works

The unique material contained in ScaleArmor™ prevents limescale from forming by inhibiting one or more of the processes that determine its growth. This process stops the growth of calcium and magnesium carbonate crystals and helps keep pipes and surfaces cleaner while reducing corrosion. The ScaleArmor™ POP system provides anti-limescale protection for up to 12 months and works reliably up to a hardness level of 28°dH.
