The SANIC water filters with Microban® antimicrobial protection have a continuous effect against the spread of bacteria and algae throughout their entire service life.

With CPP SANIC the drinking water is pure and safe, even when using depth filters; the efficiency of fine filtration is guaranteed and the service life of the filters is considerably extended compared with standard commercially available filters.

The CPP SANIC filter cartridge has been produced using melt-blown technology . The active ingredient is distributed so that each individual filter pore has an effective antibacterial treatment. This minimizes the possibility of microorganisms escaping contact with the bactericidal active ingredient.

Use: The Microban® technology is not designed to purify the water, but to prevent the growth of bacteria on the container and on the cartridge. These bacteria can affect the service life and performance of the filter.
