Coconut shell activated carbon has an exceptionally high micropore density, which means it can absorb more contaminants per gram. Activated carbon blocks that are made from 100% coconut shells are of higher quality than conventional activated carbon blocks from mass production in China. 

Carbon blocks made from coconut shells are free of chemical additives or binding agents. Low-cost activated carbon blocks from China contain additives and binding agents that could have a negative effect on your drinking water.

Thanks to their high adsorption capacity, coconut shell activated carbon is more effective at removing chlorine,  pesticides, and unpleasant odors.

Our activated carbon blocks made from coconut shells not only offer better filtration properties, but are also more environmentally friendly and sustainable.
