All products in the SANIC series feature Microban technology, which prevents the growth of bacteria and can thus extend the efficiency and service life of the filter system. The best results are achieved with a combination of Sanic housing and Sanic filter cartridge..

Use: The Microban technology was not developed to purify water, but to prevent the growth of bacteria on the container and cartridge when the water filter is not used daily (stagnant water in the housing). The water filter is ideal forr Motorhomes & caravans and weekend houses.

The maximum bacteriostatic efficiency is through the Combination of cartridge and SANIC container achieved. The efficiency of the container without a cartridge is not guaranteed and its use with a cartridge that has not been treated with an antimicrobial agent is not recommended.
