SANIC water filters with Microban® antimicrobial protection provide continuous action against the spread of bacteria throughout their entire service life.

The 10" quality filter housing made of polypropylene is extremely space-saving.

The Microban® active ingredient is distributed so that every single filter pore has an effective antimicrobial treatment. This minimizes the opportunity for microorganisms to avoid contact with the bactericidal active ingredient.

The Microban® technology was developed not for purifying water, but to prevent bacterial growth on the housing and on the cartridge when the water filter is not used daily (standing water in the housing). The water filter is ideal for motorhomes & caravans, boats, and holiday homes. 

Maximum bacteriostatic efficiency is achieved through the combination of cartridge and SANIC housing . The efficiency of the housing without a cartridge is not guaranteed, and use with a cartridge that has not been treated with an antimicrobial agent is not recommended.
