The SANIC water filters with antimicrobial Microban® protection have a continuous effect against the spread of bacteria throughout their entire service life.

The 10" high-quality filter housing made of polypropylene is extremely space-saving.

The Microban® active ingredient is distributed so that every single filter pore has an effective antimicrobial treatment. This reduces the possibility of microorganisms escaping contact with the bactericidal agent to a minimum.

Use: The Microban® technology was developed not for purifying the water, but against the growth of bacteria on the housing and on the cartridge when the water filter is not  used daily (stagnant water in the housing). The water filter is ideal for motorhomes & caravans and holiday homes. 

The maximum bacteriostatic efficiency is achieved through the combination of cartridge and SANIC housing . The effectiveness of the housing without a cartridge is not guaranteed, and use with a cartridge that has not been treated with an antimicrobial agent is not recommended.
