Iron filter for filtering dissolved iron in water and preventing brown deposits on sanitary ware. This iron water filter reduces the iron content in the water and filters pollutants and fine particles.

This works through the self-cleaning/backwash pre-filter with 90 microns and with final water treatment through the PFEX iron filter and the PCB activated carbon block.

The PFEX iron filter cartridge reduces the iron concentration, hydrogen sulfide content, metallic taste and odor of the water and helps normalize the pH value of the water. The filter uses hydrogen sulfide in which Fe² is oxidized to Fe³.

The PCB Carbon block activated carbon filter consists of pressed activated carbon and filters pollutants from the water such as chlorine, organic pollutants, light hydrocarbons, solvents, pesticides, insecticides, oils and aromas, taste impairments, odor impairments, fine particles (rust, lime flakes, sand, scales ) and suspended solids.

Manganese can be used up to a maximum value of 0.1 mg/l

Sulfite up to 0.9 mg/l

Oxide up to 4.0mg/l

Chloride up to 4.8 mg/l

The filter purifies the water to 10 microns.

The 3-stage water treatment system is designed to save space and is easy to install.

The Hydra Trio well water filter has a drain funnel/backflow protection to protect the drinking water supply.

Note: With the PFEX iron removal filters, granular dust may initially escape, which is caused by transport. Let the water run until it runs clear. Please also note the maximum values. If necessary, carry out a water analysis before installing the filter to know the iron value of the water.
