Pb 5 SD 1 mcr - Activated Carbon Block Heavy Metals Nickel Lead

The Pb SD 1 micron CARBON block is manufactured in an "eco-friendly" way and filters very fine particles from drinking water, including heavy metal reduction (Pb) of nickel, cadmium, zinc and lead.

The concentrations of heavy metals are usually in the Pb range. In water, these are present in the form of cations such as: Ni2+, Cd2+, Zn2+ and Pb2+

The Pb SD 1 micron CARBON block is a high-performance, multifunctional filter cartridge for private and commercial water treatment systems.

Heavy metal reduction (Pb) reduces dissolved heavy metal content. The fine particle filtration is used to capture lead-containing particles.

Coconut shell activated carbon has an exceptionally high micropore density, which means it can absorb more contaminants per gram. Activated carbon blocks made from 100 % coconut shells are of higher quality than conventional activated carbon blocks from mass production in China. 

Carbon blocks made from coconut shells are free of chemical additives or binders. Cheap activated carbon blocks from China contain additives and binders, which could have a problematic effect on your drinking water.

Thanks to the high adsorption capacity, coconut shell activated carbon is more effective at removing chlorine, heavy metals, pesticides, organic chemicals, and unpleasant odors.
